Lotte Construction's 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature,' launched as Gwangju Metropolitan City's largest private park special project, received a total of 7,041 subscription applications including second-priority subscriptions on the 18th, marking the highest number of subscription applications among Gwangju's sales sites this year and revitalizing the sluggish Gwangju real estate market once again.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' recorded an average competition rate of 3.2 to 1 with a total of 7,041 subscription applications (including special supply) for 2,364 units (including special supply) during the first and second priority subscription period held from the 17th to the 18th.
In particular, despite the recession, the high premium expectations based on the verified location and product value of Jungang Park Lotte Castle have driven actual demand within the region, attracting strong interest from local consumers even in the second-priority subscription, and it is expected that this enthusiasm will continue through to the official contract stage.
A sales official of 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' stated, "The symbolism of Jungang Park, the rarity value of a large-scale complex, and product competitiveness such as upgraded finishing materials that elevate residential culture received high evaluations from demanders, resulting in excellent subscription results." He added, "It is particularly encouraging that consumer interest continued through the second priority, and we expect this strong subscription enthusiasm to lead to a high contract rate."
'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' is located in Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, consisting of a total of 39 buildings from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with 2,772 units ranging from 84 to 233 square meters, of which 2,364 units are for general sale. It is divided into three blocks: △1BL (929 units, 114㎡~233㎡) △2-1BL (915 units, 121㎡~166㎡) △2-2BL (928 units, 84㎡~166㎡).
The announcement of winners for 'Jungang Park Lotte Castle Signature' will be on the 24th for 1BL, the 25th for 2-2BL, and the 26th for 2-1BL, with official contracts conducted over three days from May 7th to 9th. The model house is located on Sangmunuri-ro, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and move-in is scheduled for August 2027.
