Muan High School will nurture customized talents desired by the Livestock Cooperative through commissioned education, and the Cooperative plans to hire about two qualified students recommended by the school each year.

Both organizations agreed to maintain continuous exchanges such as mutual visits by executives and staff, sharing information for regional educational development, and cooperating to create local jobs and resolve labor shortages. Prior to the signing ceremony, the Livestock Cooperative donated a certain amount of development funds to Muan High School to support the operation of the high school credit system.

This agreement was evaluated as a regional win-win case where the school educates talents from Jeonnam to realize their dreams locally, and companies continuously supply excellent local manpower.

Chairman Moon Mansik promised, “We will actively cooperate to provide quality jobs to students who wish to work first and pursue further education later, so that young people can have dreams and stay in Jeonnam.”

Principal Yang Hoeryong stated, “Cooperating with the region so that our local students can have jobs and settle down locally is an alternative to prevent regional extinction. We will continue to do our best so that students in Jeonnam can realize their dreams.”
