Goryeong-gun (Governor Lee Nam-cheol) Seongsan-myeon announced on the 18th that it conducted traffic safety education on the 17th at Byeolmoe Park, attended by 147 participants in the senior job project and 17 participants in the disabled job project.
The traffic safety education was held as part of the '2024 Visiting Senior Traffic Safety Class' hosted by the Korea Transportation Disabled Association Goryeong-gun Branch (President Lee Seong-gu).
The education focused on practical cases from seniors' daily lives, including traffic accident prevention rules and safety accident prevention that may occur while walking or working.
Governor Lee Nam-cheol of Goryeong-gun said, “As the number of participants in the senior job project has increased significantly this year, I urge special attention to the health and safety of the elderly,” adding, “We will concentrate the county’s capabilities on senior welfare projects responding to the super-aged society.”
