Daegu Urban Development Corporation to Hire 14 New Employees... Final Successful Candidates Announced on June 14

Daegu Urban Development Corporation is conducting an open recruitment for new employees in 2024.


The number of recruits is 14 in total: 6 for administrative positions and 8 for technical positions (3 civil engineering, 2 architecture, 1 electrical, 1 mechanical, and 1 landscaping).


This year’s new employee recruitment has adjusted some detailed subjects of the basic vocational competency evaluation to focus on job-centered hiring as part of job-oriented personnel management, and the interview process will be conducted in two stages, divided into personality interviews and job interviews.


Additionally, the preliminary pass system for the written test will continue to be implemented to expand applicants' opportunities to take the exam.

Jung Myung-seop, President of Daegu Urban Development Corporation, said, “We hope for the interest and applications of talented individuals suitable for the respective jobs so that we can leap forward as a specialized urban development public enterprise leading citizen happiness and spatial innovation.”


The recruitment schedule is as follows: online applications will be accepted through the recruitment website for five days from April 29 to May 3; written tests and document screening will be held in May; aptitude tests and interviews will be conducted in June; and the final successful candidates will be announced on June 14.


Daegu Urban Development Corporation actively participates wherever it can contribute to strengthening the employment capabilities of local youth, such as at the ‘Daegu One-Stop Business Support Expo’ and ‘Yeungnam University Employment Festival,’ and continues its efforts to create jobs in the region by hiring 12 youth experiential interns in the first half of the year to provide work experience opportunities.
