Bang shared his growth story with the employees, having joined the company as a new employee in 1998 and now taking on the important role of CEO after 27 years. As a senior member of the company, he conveyed sincere stories about his work experience and know-how. He also listened to employees' opinions on the company's mid- to long-term vision and growth strategies, and engaged in conversations on various topics outside of work, such as hobbies and interests.
A KT&G official said, "This event was held reflecting the management's intention to communicate freely with members beyond the existing framework and to build consensus on the company's vision," adding, "We will continue to spread a two-way communication culture between executives and employees to create a horizontal and flexible organizational culture."
