The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is producing and distributing a video titled ‘AI Generation’ that captures cases of AI convergence and ethics education practice classes to share growth experiences of students and teachers.
AI Generation features scenes from AI classes in subjects such as Korean, Ethics, and Art, conducted by four teachers from Yangju Samsang Elementary School, Gimpo Gochon Elementary School, Gwacheon Cheonggye Elementary School, and Ansan Ansan Seoksu Elementary School.
The video includes six lesson scenes per case that cultivate basic understanding and utilization of artificial intelligence, AI problem-solving skills, data literacy, and AI ethical awareness competencies.
The lesson contents include ▲ Creating AI robots that are fair to everyone (Samsang Elementary School · Ethics) ▲ Art using AI, who painted this? (Gochon Elementary School · Art) ▲ Designing the AI future world I dream of (Cheonggye Elementary School · Career) ▲ Our class film festival made together with AI (Ansan Seoksu Elementary School · Korean), among others.
AI Generation can be viewed on YouTube’s ‘Channel GO3’.
Ha Mijin, the Future Education Officer at the Provincial Office of Education, stated, "By vividly showing how AI ethics education is applied in elementary school classes, we expect to raise awareness among students and parents."
