Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation is conducting integrity training for employees at the department head level and above.
On this day, a professional instructor from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission delivered a two-hour lecture focused on anti-corruption laws and related cases, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and the Code of Conduct for Employees.
In particular, the training included case studies on corruption risks that senior public officials may face, along with watching integrity videos to cultivate a mindset of integrity leadership.
Starting with this training for senior officials, GH will provide integrity education tailored to the public service lifecycle. Additionally, in May, integrity training on public ethics obligations before and after retirement will be conducted for professional staff (employees under the wage peak system).
