The N1 is a portable type X-ray device that can be used conveniently and quickly anywhere within a dental treatment space. Its design focuses on portability and mobility to enable free and comfortable treatment in various environments. The N1 adopts a gun-type design that allows one-handed shooting, enabling the practitioner to freely use the other hand for adjusting the intraoral sensor. Additionally, a display is mounted on the rear to monitor the device’s operating status in real time during treatment. It features a user-centered design that enhances convenience, including a graphic user interface (GUI) design that even beginners can easily operate.

The N1 is small and lightweight, offering excellent convenience while providing clear images comparable to general X-ray devices due to its superior conditions that determine image quality. Moreover, it emits almost no leakage radiation during X-ray exposure, allowing safe shooting without concerns about radiation exposure, earning high praise not only in Korea but also in overseas dental clinics. It is currently exported to various European countries, India, Thailand, New Zealand, T?rkiye, Mexico, and is scheduled to be officially introduced to the Chinese dental market within the first half of this year.

Osstem Implant previously received the Presidential Award for Excellent Design (GD) and the iF Design Award for its unit chair K5 (dental treatment chair) in 2021 and 2022. These achievements were led by the Osstem Implant Design Research Institute, the largest design-specialized organization in the domestic dental industry. The Design Research Institute is dedicated to research that enhances the value and benefits of dental medical products and treatment spaces, with specialized designers in fields such as product, brand, software user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and GUI.
