Expanding Support for Healthy University Life with Premium Breakfast Buffet Restaurant
National Mokpo University (President Song Hacheol) has introduced a new student welfare service called ‘Happy Time’ for its students.
According to Mokpo University on the 17th, the student snack service ‘Happy Time’ is offered every Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM for one hour, available to the first 200 students on a first-come, first-served basis at the price of 1,000 won.
This snack, which allows students to choose between ‘bagel and beverage’ or ‘sandwich and beverage,’ is expected to help promote healthy eating habits and support academic performance.
In addition, National Mokpo University has operated a ‘Premium Breakfast Buffet Restaurant (1,000-won Breakfast)’ since the 2023 academic year, striving to enhance student health and welfare. This buffet has served an average of 343 students and local residents on weekdays and has received high praise and satisfaction from students.
President Song Hacheol of National Mokpo University stated, “The Happy Time service will contribute to students’ health and academic success,” and promised continuous improvements in service quality.
He also added, “Through the Premium Breakfast Buffet Restaurant, we will strengthen student welfare by providing healthy and high-quality meals and snacks.”
Meanwhile, National Mokpo University contributes to the health and welfare of students, faculty, staff, and local residents by offering various physical fitness programs and services in addition to the ‘Happy Time’ service and the ‘Premium Breakfast Buffet Restaurant.’
