Selection of 66 Outstanding Partner Companies and Incentive Provision

Best Partners Day is an annual event held to grow together with partner companies and strengthen win-win cooperation. It includes awards for outstanding partners and the signing of a fair trade agreement.

The event was attended by executives including Choi Ik-hoon, CEO of HDC Hyundai Development Company, Kim Hoe-eon, CEO, Cho Tae-je, CEO, Jung Ik-hee, Head of Construction Division, and more than 20 CEOs of outstanding partner companies.

CEO Choi Ik-hoon said, "Through the Best Partners Day event, we hope to strengthen our cooperative relationships, further enhance market trust and value, and create a new future together. We will continue to work hard to achieve the best results by sharing the values of basics and principles and cooperating while establishing a fair market economy order with our partners."

HDC Hyundai Development Company selected 66 outstanding partner companies based on evaluations from construction sites and related departments, registration periods, and order volumes. Shinbo was selected as the top partner company.

Outstanding partners receive differentiated incentives such as priority allocation of financial support, ESG evaluation support, expanded bidding opportunities, contract guarantee reductions, and rewards according to their grade.

At the event, a signing ceremony for the fair trade agreement between HDC Hyundai Development Company and its partners was also held. The agreement includes win-win cooperation support in finance, technology, education, and management, as well as fair contract conclusion and implementation.

HDC Hyundai Development Company is promoting win-win cooperation with its partners centered on three pillars: trust-based mutual communication, strengthening partnerships, and establishing a fair trade culture to ensure the fair trade culture is firmly established.
