'Real Estate Market Outlook & Corporate Real Estate Asset Management Strategies'

The Korea Management Innovation Small and Medium Business Association (hereinafter referred to as the MainBiz Association) held the 131st Good Morning CEO Learning session on the 17th at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel, simultaneously conducting a lecture by Professor Han Mundo, adjunct professor of the Department of Real Estate at Seoul Digital University, both online and offline.

In this lecture, Professor Han Mundo forecasted the real estate market under the theme "Real Estate Market Outlook & Corporate Real Estate Asset Management Strategies" by analyzing economic cycles and factors influencing changes in the real estate market.

Professor Han Mundo currently serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Korea Real Estate Economic Association and Vice President of the International Real Estate Policy Society. He is actively engaged in writing, lecturing, and broadcasting related to real estate.

Kim Myungjin, Chairman of the MainBiz Association, stated in his greeting, "We hope that in the newly formed 22nd National Assembly, various regulatory systems that constrain the growth of innovative small and medium enterprises will be improved to create a business-friendly environment."

Chairman Kim added, "Although our economy has shown signs of recovery in various indicators such as exports, investment, and employment, the perceived business climate among our small and medium enterprises remains difficult. In this situation, overseas expansion and globalization are becoming increasingly important for the sustainable growth of small and medium enterprises."

He continued, "The association will do its best to lead the global advancement of innovative small and medium enterprises through active consultations with the government and related organizations.".
