KT Participates in WIS 2024 at COEX
Experience AI Chatbots, Call Analysis, and Contact Center
KT will showcase next-generation AICT innovative technologies at World IT Show 2024 (hereinafter WIS 2024), held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from the 17th to the 19th.
On the 16th, KT announced that it will set up an exhibition booth under the theme 'AICT Company, KT' at WIS 2024 to present AICT technologies experienced in everyday life.
At the Special Zone located at the entrance of the exhibition booth, technologies developed with AI Transformation (AX) capabilities will be unveiled. These include the 'AI Inside Platform,' a chatbot service based on LLM, the AI-generated image creation technology 'AI Creator,' and the AI map search service 'GIS AI Search Service.'
Additionally, an experience zone will be provided for WiFi 6D, Genie TV All-in-One Soundbar, and HiOrder2, showcased through the Vibrant Design Project. These three products have been recognized for their design excellence by winning prestigious global design awards such as the iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award.
In the School Theme Zone, 'LangTalk AI Call Report,' which analyzes and summarizes conversations between teachers and parents based on large language models (LLM), and 'AI Spam Block,' which analyzes and blocks spam messages using AI, will be introduced.
In the Daily Life Theme Zone, KT’s representative innovative technology, 'Cloud Streaming Technology,' will also be showcased. Utilizing the cloud streaming solution, KT will present the '3D Cloud Streaming Service,' which enables the use of 3D content on low-spec devices, and the 'GPU-based Desktop as a Service (DaaS)' technology that lowers usage costs by leveraging dedicated cloud servers.
Leading AICC technologies will be demonstrated through a cloud contact center 'KT A'cen Cloud Service' that allows self-registration, setup, and consultation of the AI Contact Center (AICC), as well as an industry-specific bot experience space using the 'Smart AI Voicebot.' Furthermore, in the Mobility Theme Zone, KT will reveal 'Aviation Network Specialized Network Technology' for Urban Air Mobility (UAM), 'GSMA Open Gateway,' an open network application programming interface (API) service technology, and 'Quantum Security,' a wired and wireless quantum encryption technology.
KT Group companies KT DS, Initech, and Nasmedia will participate. They will introduce enterprise generative AI service 'Secure AI' and digital innovation cases such as the 'AI Contextualized Advertising Service,' which applies KT LLM to the advertising domain. In particular, KT DS will unveil the robotic process automation solution 'AntBot' and the API gateway solution 'Beast,' capable of handling large-scale traffic.
