RaonSecure Selected as 2024 Asia-Pacific 'Digital ID Top Vendor'

IT security and authentication platform company Raonsecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jung-ah) announced on the 16th that its blockchain-based integrated identity and qualification authentication platform, ‘OmniOne Digital ID,’ has been selected as a ‘2024 Asia-Pacific Digital ID Top Vendor’ by the global information security media ‘Enterprise Security Magazine.’

Enterprise Security Magazine is a global media outlet in the information security field, introducing the latest security news worldwide, including the United States, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Every year, it selects outstanding companies in the security and authentication sectors, with many global companies having received awards.

Raonsecure was selected as a top vendor in the digital ID field due to the high evaluation of the innovation of blockchain technology applied to OmniOne Digital ID. OmniOne Digital ID excels in security and privacy protection functions by leveraging the advantages of blockchain technology, which stores only public issuance details and focuses on the metadata of verifiable credentials. It allows individuals to selectively submit their identity information. As a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, it enables various issuing institutions to issue certificates without building their own systems. Additionally, Raonsecure implemented the world’s first blockchain-based mobile ID issuance system for the government, establishing a model case of digital government that attracts global attention.
