Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) conducted on-site housing welfare consultations for people with disabilities and local residents on the 15th in observance of the "44th Disabled Persons Day."
At the housing welfare consultation held at the Uijeongbu City Disabled Welfare Center, various topics were covered, including ▲Gyeonggi-do public rental housing ▲housing upgrade support projects for vulnerable groups ▲jobs for people with disabilities ▲customized care services for the elderly ▲smoking cessation ▲disability rights and discrimination.
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation held a visiting housing welfare consultation event in Uijeongbu City on the 15th in celebration of Disability Day.
Citizens who visited the consultation center said, "It was good that they explained various types of public rental housing step by step and made the parts I didn’t understand easy to comprehend," and "I am grateful that they came to provide consultations for those with mobility difficulties, and I hope the on-site consultations continue."
Prior to this, GH held a housing welfare consultation event for youth and university students on the 4th at Kyonggi University through the Gyeonggi-do Housing Welfare Consultation Council. On May 8, consultations will be held at Dongnam Health University in Suwon.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "Based on years of experience and know-how in housing welfare consultations, GH will continue to conduct on-site consultations for vulnerable housing groups by making the best use of the human and material resources possessed by the corporation."
