'Sedaemun Central I-Park' Scheduled for Sale in May

HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to launch sales of 'Seodaemun Central I-Park' in the area of 11-111 Hong Eun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, in May.

Seodaemun Central I-Park is supplied as part of the redevelopment project of Hong Eun 13 District. It consists of 12 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 827 households. Among them, 409 units with exclusive areas of 49 to 84㎡ will be offered for general sale. The general sale includes 24 units of the 84㎡T type designed as terrace houses.

This is a highly scarce new apartment supply in Seoul, boasting a pleasant environment. It features a residential environment blessed with Baesanimsu?surrounded by mountains and water?with Bukhansan Mountain and Hongjecheon Stream, and a nature-friendly design utilizing the sloped terrain.
