Minister Oh Young-joo Transforms into a One-Day Teacher at Neulbom School

Utilizing the 'Cheongsonyeon Bizcool' Program
Supporting the Stabilization of Neulbom School

On June 15, Oh Young-joo, Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, took the podium as a one-day teacher at Neulbom School located in Seoksong Elementary School, Jeongan-myeon, Gongju City. Neulbom School is a comprehensive educational program that connects various educational resources from schools and local communities beyond regular classes to support student growth and development.

Minister Oh conducted classes tailored to the level of first-grade students using the 'Youth Biz School' program, which the Ministry of SMEs and Startups has been promoting for over 20 years. Youth Biz School is a project that supports young people to grow into convergent creative talents with dreams, talents, a spirit of challenge, and enterprising qualities through entrepreneurship education and simulated startup training.

On that day, Minister Oh explained stories about people, companies, and jobs frequently encountered in daily life in an interesting and easy-to-understand way, and had the children create what they want to do in the future using bricks. Minister Oh and the children completed 'My Business Card Made with Bricks' together, introducing and proudly sharing each other's business cards and dreams.

Minister Oh stated, “Starting from the second semester of this year, we plan to actively support the use of the Ministry’s Youth Biz School program at Neulbom School. We expect this to contribute to the successful establishment of Neulbom School in the field and provide elementary students with a natural opportunity to dream about their future.”
