Ulsan City will hold the 2024 National Sports for All Festival Volunteer Launch Ceremony at 10:20 AM on the 13th at the Youth Performance Hall of Ulsan Sports Complex.
The event was held with the attendance of Mayor Kim Du-gyeom, City Council Chairman Kim Ki-hwan, Chairman of the Ulsan Metropolitan Volunteer Center Kim Seok-won, and about 500 volunteers.
The launch ceremony includes the distribution of necessary items for volunteer activities such as volunteer uniforms and hats, ID cards, activity manuals, auxiliary bags, and water bottles, as well as a pledge of commitment by the volunteers and a performance wishing for the success of the festival.
The volunteers for this festival will carry out various activities such as information desk support, spectator convenience support, game operation support, maintaining order, and cleaning the venues at 56 stadiums across Ulsan for four days from the 25th to the 28th.
This year, a total of 1,300 people applied to be volunteers for the National Sports for All Festival, and 900 were selected.
