Housing sales, which were postponed due to the revamp of the Subscription Home and the April 10 general election, are set to resume. In the third week of April, about 8,000 households nationwide are expected to go on sale.

In the metropolitan area, 'Eliph Namwirye Station Edufore' in Bokjeong-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 16th. This complex will be built with 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 510 units of 84㎡ exclusive area. Among the 510 units, 367 households, excluding 143 units from the pre-subscription conducted in 2022, are subject to the main subscription. It is a station-area complex adjacent to Namwirye Station on Subway Line 8, and it is easy to access Seoul’s Gangnam area via Songpa-daero and Dongbu Expressway. It shares living infrastructure with Wirye New Town. The residential environment is pleasant with nearby Yeongjangsan, Wirye Neighborhood Park, and Wirye Historical Waterfront Park, and an elementary school is scheduled to open right in front of the complex in 2026.

The remaining sales volume is concentrated outside the metropolitan area. ‘Unam Jaiporena Firstiche’ in Unam-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju; ‘Yuseong Haneulchae Hi-Air’ in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon; ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County’ in Namsan-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan; and ‘Busan Jangan District Dietre The Ocean’ in Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 16th.

The sales volume sharply declined after reaching this year’s highest weekly figure of 10,979 households in the second week of March. This was because apartment complexes postponed their sales schedules due to the revamp of the Korea Real Estate Agency’s Subscription Home from April 4 to 22 and the April 10 general election. In the third week of last month, 406 households went on sale, followed by 243 households in the fourth week, and 903 households in the first week of April, with sales volume remaining below 1,000 households for three consecutive weeks.
