Daegu Opera Switzen, a super high-rise residential complex apartment constructed by KCC Construction and developed and implemented by the developer Regan Group, successfully completed a three-day pre-move-in inspection from March 30 to April 1 and has begun final preparations for move-in.
Among prospective residents who visited the site for the pre-inspection, there were continuous positive reviews regarding the excellent quality. In particular, the building's exterior and outer walls received favorable responses due to differentiated features such as additional landscaping beyond the original plan, silicone paint, and specialized lighting installations.
Satisfaction was also high with the community facilities. The sauna facilities and indoor golf practice range located underground, as well as the fitness club, running track, and inline skating track with excellent views and natural lighting, were well-maintained enough to be used immediately, garnering positive reactions.
Regarding the interior design of the units, there was admiration for the specialized layouts, including units with windows installed on all sides to allow ample natural light, and units where the dining space also enjoys views and sunlight. The ceiling height of 2.45 meters, which provides a sense of spaciousness and openness, also received favorable feedback.
When Daegu Opera Switzen was offered for sale in 2020, it attracted 10,544 first-priority applications, marking the highest competition rate among super high-rise apartments sold in the Goseong-dong area.
In terms of location, it boasts abundant cultural infrastructure including Daegu’s representative cultural facility, the Opera House, a complex sports town, Samsung Creative Campus, and Oksan-ro Theme Street. Within a 1 km radius, residents can conveniently access schools, parks, large supermarkets, public institutions, and department stores. Additionally, situated on a main road, it is considered the closest complex to Daegu Station among the new residential towns in Buk-gu Goseong-dong, where about 7,000 households of super high-rise branded apartments are being developed.
A KCC Construction official stated, “We are grateful for the high interest received during the sale and will do our best until the end to ensure this complex becomes one of the top residential complexes in the Buk-gu area of Daegu, where a new super high-rise residential town is being formed.”
Daegu Opera Switzen is located in Goseong-dong 1-ga, Buk-gu, Daegu, and consists of seven buildings ranging from two basement floors to 49 floors above ground, with a total of 929 households including 854 apartments of 84㎡ exclusive area and 75 officetel units of 84㎡ exclusive area.
