Discount Benefits on Airport Amenities and Luggage Storage Services

LG Uplus is strengthening the partnership benefits of its roaming product 'Roaming Pass.' It plans to innovate customer experience by providing various benefits throughout the entire journey, from the airport to the travel destination.

Launched earlier this month, LG Uplus's Roaming Pass allows customers to choose from 3GB (29,000 KRW), 8GB (44,000 KRW), 13GB (59,000 KRW), or 25GB (79,000 KRW) plans and use them for 30 days. Customers can receive voice calls without additional charges, and even after exhausting the basic data allowance, they can continue to use data at speeds up to 400kbps without data blocking. Customers who subscribe online receive an additional 1GB of data.

The newly added partnership benefits for Roaming Pass include three partnerships available at the airport and two partnerships available at travel destinations.

First, the airport partnership benefits include ▲12% and 40% discounts on K Gonghang Limousine and airport lounges, respectively ▲50% preferential exchange fee at KB Kookmin Bank's Incheon Airport currency exchange ▲up to 155,000 KRW discount at Shilla Duty Free. The travel destination partnership benefits include ▲50% discount on luggage storage and delivery service 'Goodlugg' ▲up to 10% discount on the global travel e-commerce platform 'KKday.'

Goodlugg is a 24-hour service operating in over 100 cities across Europe and the Americas, offering luggage storage or same-day luggage delivery from hotels to airports. KKday is a service selling over 300,000 local tour products in 550 cities across 92 countries worldwide.

Meanwhile, LG Uplus continues to provide roaming benefits for customers on 5G plans offered since early this month. Customers using plans priced at 95,000 KRW or higher per month can receive double the basic data allowance for Roaming Pass until the end of September. Customers using plans priced at 75,000 KRW or higher per month can use unlimited data at speeds up to 400kbps with a daily cap of 5,500 KRW without subscribing to a separate roaming product.
