Pyeongtaek City Creates 4m Tall Large Character 'Pyeongtaeki'

First Unveiling at the 'Pyeongtaek Flower Outing Festival' on the 13th

On the 11th, Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it will exhibit a large-scale sculpture of the city's symbol character, 'Pyeongtaeki,' at the '2024 Pyeongtaek Flower Outing Festival' held at the Agricultural Ecological Garden starting from the 13th.

The newly unveiled 'Pyeongtaeki' sculpture consists of a 4-meter-high, 3-meter-wide balloon and mini sculptures (Semiconductor Pyeongtaeki, Hydrogen Car Pyeongtaeki). The city plans to install these at various events held in the region to provide citizens with a unique enjoyment.

Along with this, the city plans to conduct various photo certification events linked to 'Pyeongtaeki' goods, which will be developed in the first half of the year. Participants in the event will be given Pyeongtaeki goods through a lottery.
