On the 11th, Eugene Investment & Securities predicted that the smart film business division of IM would experience significant growth.

Researcher Park Jong-sun of Eugene Investment & Securities explained, "Until last year, sales from the smart film business were minimal" and added, "We expect substantial growth starting this year."

He continued, "Last year, the sales proportion was below 1%," and "This year, sales are expected to reach around 10 billion KRW, accounting for 7.3% of total sales."

He emphasized, "The transparent heating film product is being supplied to the front windows of Kia Motors' military vehicles in cooperation with domestic glass companies," and added, "Application areas include smart windows using electrochromic and transparent heating films, CCTV transparent heating film applications, and electric vehicle battery efficiency enhancement."

Furthermore, he analyzed, "The transparent antenna product is a modular antenna formed by patterning on a transparent electrode substrate material, and mass production is underway."

Researcher Park stated, "The new materials business is pushing forward mass production of composite copper foil films for secondary battery anodes and high-end flexible copper clad laminates (FCCL)," and explained, "They plan to introduce the world's first 1350mm horizontal coating equipment to secure competitiveness."
