Discovering Ideas for Exchange Improvement
The university student supporters operated by the virtual asset exchange Bithumb showcased virtual asset investment content through social networking services (SNS).
On the 11th, Bithumb announced that the university student supporters group 'Thumbs Up' has been active since the end of January with a total of 20 members divided into 5 teams. Recently, they presented their first production on SNS to inform potential investors in their 20s about Bithumb's services and virtual asset investment information.
The five teams of Thumbs Up expressed Bithumb's investor protection activities, corporate culture, and social contribution activities in various forms such as videos and card news, reflecting each team's unique style.
Among them, the 'Give Me Five' team portrayed Bithumb's investor protection activities in a one-minute video. This video, parodying common insurance commercials, included content such as Bithumb's market trend page, on-site investor protection education for customers aged 55 and over, and finding dormant assets. The 'BtS' team created card news about Bithumb's corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, including employee blood donation events and sharing of blood donation certificates, donations to socially marginalized groups, and nurturing young talent through startup support projects.
The Thumbs Up supporters use a small experience fee provided by Bithumb to perform various personal missions such as △placing Bithumb limit orders and buying/selling virtual assets △checking market trends and conducting virtual asset limit price trading △using the Bithumb Plus service and receiving the first settlement △setting personalized charts and trading using chart tools, and they also provide feedback after completing these tasks.
Park Ha-eon (22), a first-generation Thumbs Up member, said, "I hope to lower the investment barrier for people in their 20s who are very interested in virtual assets and help them experience the digital financial world." Baek Ga-geum (22) also said, "Various events and benefits such as Bithumb's Benefit Zone and Bithumb Points are especially attractive to people in their 20s."
Ideas for improving exchange services generated through three months of Bithumb supporter activities will be revealed at the final presentation at the end of this month.
Kim Young-jin, Head of Management Support at Bithumb, stated, "I hope the differentiated insights and ideas of the Thumbs Up supporters will greatly contribute to improving customer experience."
