Democratic Party's Kang Hoon-sik Wins Third Term... "Will Set the Republic of Korea Right"

Elected with 58,932 Votes, Winning by a Margin of 20,216 Votes

Candidate Kang Hoon-sik of the Democratic Party of Korea succeeded in winning a third term in the Asan constituency of Chungnam.

According to the Central Election Commission on the 11th, Candidate Kang secured 58,932 votes, confirming his victory with a margin of 20,216 votes over Jeon Man-kwon of the People Power Party.

Candidate Kang said, "Please entrust me with the heavy burden," adding, "I will set the Republic of Korea, which is in crisis, on the right path and make Asan the center of Chungnam."

He also stated, "The person who started Asan's development will complete it," and added, "I will gladly carry out all the responsibilities entrusted to me and work with a heavy sense of duty."
