On the 9th, the day before the 22nd National Assembly election, Kang Gi-yoon, the People Power Party candidate for Seongsan District, Changwon City, Gyeongnam, made his final campaign speech.

Kang said, "Regardless of conservative or progressive, I am someone who has worked for the people of the Republic of Korea and the residents of Seongsan District, Changwon." He added, "I believe true conservatism is not stuck in the past but changes flexibly according to circumstances and needs, listening to the voices of the people, and I will continue to live that way."

He continued, "Please make a choice for the future of the Free Republic of Korea," appealing, "Please elect someone who is clean, capable, and able to work well."
