- Doosan We've the Zenith Central Yongin, Unrestricted Subscription from April 9 (Tue) to 10 (Wed)
- Reasonable Sale Price Compared to Nearby Market, Fixed Deposit Payment, 6-Month Resale Restriction
Doosan Construction will conduct a non-priority subscription for ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin,’ which will be unveiled over two days from the 9th (Tuesday) to the 10th (Wednesday) in the Cheoin-gu area of Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province. The non-priority subscription can be applied for through the official website, with winners announced on the 11th (Thursday) and contracts scheduled from the 13th (Saturday) to the 14th (Sunday).
This non-priority subscription is open to domestic residents aged 19 or older regardless of their residential area, number of houses owned, subscription savings account, or subscription deposit. Since even homeowners nationwide can participate, it is expected to be an excellent opportunity not only for actual users but also for investors.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction data, ‘Suji Park Prugio’ (moved in March 2019) located in the Suji-gu area of Yongin was traded at 855 million KRW for a 59㎡ exclusive area in January this year. In contrast, Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin is located in the ultra-station area near Samga Station on the Everline subway, and as a new apartment complex developed under Doosan Construction’s top-tier residential brand, its sale price for the same area is set in the 400 million KRW range, making it highly price competitive.
Considering the station area location, new complex, and the ‘Doosan We’ve The Zenith’ brand premium, the potential for price appreciation of Doosan We’ve The Zenith Central Yongin is expected to be even higher. Additionally, financial benefits such as 60% of the intermediate payment being interest-free and a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW lower the effective sale price. There is a six-month resale restriction, and no obligation for actual residence applies.
Various development benefits are planned around Yongin City, enhancing its future value. First, Guseong Station, located between Seongnam Station and Dongtan Station on the GTX-A line, is scheduled to open at the end of June this year. Once the line opens, travel from Yongin to Suseo will be possible within 20 minutes. Additionally, the GTX-F line including Giheung Station is planned.
The semiconductor mega cluster centered on the Yongin Semiconductor National Industrial Complex is also expected to progress rapidly. According to the 23rd public discussion hosted by the government in March, the industrial complex plan application will be completed within the first quarter of this year, approved by the first quarter of next year, and site development construction will begin by the end of 2026.
Luxurious product composition is a bonus. Doosan Construction presents various specialized designs based on the five concepts of We’ve: △Have (spaces you must have) △Live (spaces filled with joy) △Love (spaces with love and happiness) △Save (spaces for economical living) △Solve (spaces that solve everyday problems).
All types include a dressing room with system furniture, and the 74㎡ exclusive area features a pantry providing ample storage space. To realize an urban and sophisticated exterior design, partial curtain wall look, grand gate pillars, glass balcony windows commonly used in luxury apartments, and rooftop landscape lighting are applied.
A sales official stated, “Since the demand has expanded nationwide from the previous first-priority subscription eligibility limited to residents in the metropolitan area, it is expected to sell out during the non-priority subscription phase,” adding, “The investment environment has improved as the area has various development benefits, resulting in high future value.”
The complex consists of seven buildings ranging from two basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with 568 households of exclusive areas between 59 and 74㎡. The model house is located in Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province.
