Suncheon City-Jeonnam Film Commission to Select 100 Actors from Jeonnam

Opportunity for Supporting Roles in Movies and Dramas Filmed in Jeonnam

Suncheon City announced that the Jeonnam Film Commission is recruiting 100 actors from Jeonnam residents.

The 'Jeonnam Actor' project is a program that recruits and trains local extras, and it is significant in that it lays the foundation for the regional film industry through the participation of residents.

Selected Jeonnam actors will be provided with professional profile photo shoots and opportunities to work as extras in movies or dramas filmed in Jeollanam-do.

Training sessions to enhance the skills of extras will be conducted three times, with 50 participants each in the eastern region of Jeonnam (Suncheon) and the western region (Mokpo).

Those who complete the training program will receive a certificate of completion and be registered in the Jeonnam Actor database, which will be used for future extra casting opportunities.

Anyone from Jeonnam, regardless of age or gender, can apply to be a Jeonnam actor, and no prior acting experience is required.
