Global Gourmet Services (GGS), the holding company of bhc Group, has appointed bhc CEO Song Hoseop as its new CEO.
GGS announced on the 9th that the board of directors resolved to appoint Song Hoseop as the CEO of GGS. Cha Youngsoo, who had temporarily served as CEO, will return to his previous position as an inside director of GGS.
CEO Song Hoseop will oversee all bhc Group affiliates, including bhc, Outback, Changgo43, Super Duper, and Keunmam Halmae Sundaeguk, while also serving as the CEO of the holding company.
GGS explained, "bhc Group will be managed comprehensively by professional executive Song Hoseop under a global-level corporate governance and compliance monitoring system."
