Cheon Ha-ram, the Chief Election Countermeasures Committee Chair of the Reform New Party, predicted a golden cross (a phenomenon where approval ratings reverse) for candidate Lee Jun-seok, who is running in Hwaseong-si, on the 9th.

At a press conference held at the National Assembly that day, Chair Cheon said, "Due to election laws, I cannot disclose specific details, but the approval ratings are very close," adding, "Especially voters with children are opening their hearts to candidate Lee.
