'Or:bit' is a compound word of 'orbit' and 'bit' (light), and this exhibition is an experiential media art exhibition content that aims to illuminate various parts of the Gyeonggi-do region using light. The project budget is 150 million KRW.

The exhibition was planned as a water-based display inspired by the old Gyeonggi Provincial Government building's main hall roof, which is shaped like a boat, with the motif "Since the terrain here shows the flow of water, let's place a boat on it."

The exhibition uses an interactive media art method. Visitors can enjoy the sight of a 12-meter water tower with light and sound, along with water masses of various sizes presented with music, and also experience stacking the water masses themselves and sharing them through augmented reality technology.

This program will be held for nine days from October 26 to November 3 during the Hwaseong Luna Bit Festival.

Jung Myung-geun, Mayor of Hwaseong, said, "We will make every effort to prepare the event so that the Hwaseong Luna Bit Festival, held together with this program, can become even more abundant."
