AI-Based Airport and Corporate Security Solutions to Be Unveiled
Artificial intelligence (AI) company Deepnoid announced on the 9th that it will participate in ISC West 2024, North America's largest security exhibition, held in Las Vegas, USA, from the 10th (local time) to the 12th.
Since Deepnoid's main target market this year is overseas, the company plans to accelerate securing overseas clients by participating in the exhibition held in the United States.
Deepnoid will showcase the AI security solution SkyMARU DEEP:SECURITY, jointly developed with Korea Airports Corporation. It identifies dangerous items with high accuracy in all places requiring security, such as airports, ports, passenger terminals, borders, and private companies. This effectively assists security personnel's visual inspection. A distinctive feature is that, through collaboration with Korea Airports Corporation, it can secure data based on actual dangerous items.
They will also introduce DEEP:SECURITY. It quickly detects information security threat items (USBs, external storage devices, etc.) that threaten corporate information leakage and other security issues, enabling the establishment of an efficient security workflow. Along with this, they will present the security personnel training program called ‘IBT (Internet based testing).’ This solution is part of the first national research and development project by the Security Office, helping to utilize an AI-based dangerous item detection system.
Last year, Deepnoid completed the installation of SkyMARU SECURITY at 14 major airports in Korea. Having secured the domestic major market, the company plans to actively expand sales in overseas markets this year. Recently, they signed a business demonstration agreement with Uzbekistan Airports Corporation for the introduction of SkyMARU DEEP:SECURITY.
Kim Yongmuk, Deputy General Manager at Deepnoid, said, "Physical security at airports and information protection for companies are global issues," adding, "We expect the demand to grow even further." He continued, "We will actively target the global market by supplying solutions tailored to client needs."
