Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Ilpyeong Lee) announced on the 9th that it has created an internal work manual for the Care SOS Project and distributed it to 14 neighborhood community service centers and related departments.
The "Care SOS Project" is a welfare program that provides care services such as temporary home care, short-term facility care, accompaniment support, housing convenience, and meal delivery to Seoul citizens in urgent or temporary need of care.
The district produced a practical guidebook to minimize care gaps when the person in charge changes due to personnel transfers. The purpose is to help new staff quickly familiarize themselves with the project details.
The booklet contains the core contents of the Care SOS operation manual along with practical information such as income investigation methods, how to use the computer system, safety management, precautions for each service, and information on similar services. It is organized to allow existing staff to easily understand changes in the project compared to last year, providing assistance to them as well.
