This project is designed to improve kitchen environments through organization and storage consulting for dining establishments. Consumer Food Hygiene Inspectors will visit individual businesses to provide one-on-one customized consulting and offer training on organizing kitchen refrigerators and food ingredient storage. Necessary supplies for organization and storage will also be provided during the consulting.
Food service businesses located in Yongin City are eligible to apply. Applicants can download the application form and personal information consent form from the city’s official website under public notices and submit them via email or fax. The city plans to select participants in early next month, prioritizing smaller business areas and earlier business registration dates, and will notify the results individually.
A city official stated, "We expect this project to raise business owners' awareness of hygiene and improve kitchen hygiene conditions," adding, "We will continue to strive to create a safe and hygienic dining environment."
