Asan-si, City Administration Development Policy Proposal Contest Now Open for Submissions

Asan City in Chungnam Province is hosting the '2024 Asan City Policy Development Proposal Contest.'

The theme is policy ideas for the development of Asan City, and participants can propose various ideas related to five major areas: △Culture and Tourism △Industry and Economy △Education and Welfare △Balanced Development △Participatory Governance and Administrative Innovation.

Anyone who is a registered resident of Asan City or belongs to a school or company located in Asan can apply by visiting, mail, email, or Naver Form until the 30th of this month.

Submitted ideas will be reviewed by the relevant departments and evaluated by the proposal review committee. Awards include Grand Prize (1,000,000 KRW), Silver Prize (700,000 KRW), Bronze Prize (500,000 KRW), Encouragement Prize (200,000 KRW), and Honorable Mention (100,000 KRW). Winners will be announced on the city’s website in July.

Mayor Park Kyung-gwi said, “We ask for active participation so that fresh ideas from Asan citizens can be proposed.”
