'Uri Dongne Election' Service Opened

The local community platform Danggeun announced on the 4th that it will launch the ‘Our Neighborhood Election’ service, which allows users to check integrated election-related information by region in real time, in preparation for the 22nd National Assembly election.

Since 2020, Danggeun has provided a service to check election information by neighborhood during election seasons to foster a healthy election culture within local communities and encourage voting. During this general election period, it plans to support users in easily and quickly accessing election information and real-time status of their residential areas.

The Our Neighborhood Election service, accessible via the top banner on the Danggeun app home screen, allows users to view region-specific tailored election information at a glance, including ▲National Assembly candidate information and pledges ▲polling station locations ▲real-time voting and vote counting status.

A Danggeun representative said, “Since the general election is conducted by regional electoral districts, we planned this service to provide customized information by residential area as a hyperlocal service and to contribute to increasing residents’ interest in elections. We will continue to pursue various initiatives so that users can lead positive changes in their local communities.”
