On the 3rd (local time), in an interview with former professional golfer and broadcaster David Feherty, he said, "I underwent shoulder and hand surgeries, as well as spinal fusion surgery," and expressed confidence, saying, "Now I can hit the ball farther than when I left golf." Anthony Kim ended his 12-year hermit life since the 2012 PGA Tour Wells Fargo Championship and made a comeback to LIV Golf. Although he showed disappointing performance at the LIV Golf Jeddah tournament in February, his results have been improving with each event. He will participate in the LIV Golf Miami tournament, held over three days starting from the 5th.

Anthony Kim opened up about the difficult times due to injuries. "I fought very dark demons for 12 years," he said, adding, "Now I have come to terms with myself and realized that my purpose in this world is golf." Born to Korean parents, Anthony Kim emerged in the professional golf scene in 2006, causing a sensation by winning the 2008 PGA Tour Wachovia Championship, AT&T National, and the 2010 Houston Open. In September 2008, he rose to as high as 6th in the world rankings but disappeared from the golf course after Achilles tendon surgery in 2012.

Anthony Kim also admitted that there were problems other than injuries. He revealed, "I was with bad people, including scammers who used me. Even at 30 years old, I did not realize the snakes living under the same roof." He continued, "I overcame all problems through the power of religion and hope to give hope to others."
