[Accident] Corporate Succession, We Inform You of the Best Tax-saving Strategies

During the period of rapid economic growth from 1980 to 1990, the recent focus of founders who built companies is succession. As demand for corporate succession strategies grows, tax-saving strategies and techniques are continuously being developed, but there is a shortage of experts to carry them out. Cases like Three Seven, Lock&Lock, and Unidus show that failing to establish an appropriate succession strategy can result in losing management rights.

In response, Asia Economy is conducting a tax strategy expert training course for tax practitioners and corporate tax officers in collaboration with the Graduate School of Taxation at the University of Seoul, the top tax and accounting education institution in Korea.

This tax strategy expert training course is designed to examine the changing tax trends and cultivate experts capable of establishing optimal tax-saving strategies. The top faculty from the Graduate School of Taxation at the University of Seoul, specializing in inheritance, gift tax, trusts, and business succession, will provide theoretical frameworks and knowledge in the tax field. Additionally, tax-specialized lawyers and practitioners with long experience in tax authorities will present tax issues related to inheritance and corporate succession, as well as tax planning methods arising during this process, based on real-world cases.
