Exhibition at aT Center, Seocho-gu, Seoul from 3rd to 4th
Introducing infrastructure such as Food Tech, Healthcare, and ESG Management
Samsung Welstory announced that it will hold the '2024 Food Festa,' the largest B2B (business-to-business) food and beverage expo in Korea, at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, from the 3rd to the 4th.
Food Festa is an exhibition first introduced by Samsung Welstory in 2017 as the first in the domestic food ingredient distribution industry, providing a glimpse into the trends of the domestic and international food and food ingredient distribution industries. This year marks the 6th event, with the exhibition space doubled compared to the previous year, and the scale expanded by offering participation opportunities not only to client companies but also to the general public.

In Exhibition Hall 1, Samsung Welstory will showcase the '360 Solution' supporting the business growth of food ingredient supply clients, the 'Food Tech Solution' presenting the future of the food and beverage industry, and Samsung Welstory’s unique food and beverage infrastructure capabilities ranging from healthcare to research and development (R&D) technologies and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) management.
The 360 Solution is a program that provides customized solutions optimized for clients’ food and beverage businesses. Exhibits will include actual solution cases such as commercial area analysis and promotional marketing to help franchise clients expand their franchise business, RMR (Ready Meal Restaurant) development to increase sales for restaurant clients, and space consulting for in-house cafeterias needed by catering clients.
The 'Food Tech Solution,' which gathers future technologies of the dining industry in one place, can also be experienced in Exhibition Hall 1. Samsung Welstory will implement a 'future-type restaurant' in the exhibition hall, applying automation technologies necessary for restaurant operations from cooking to serving, creating a space where visitors can directly experience these innovations.
At the future-type restaurant, visitors can encounter food tech solutions that help dining clients alleviate labor shortages, including smart vending machines based on unmanned automatic payment solutions, smart table order systems, a bakery cafe operated by serving robots, and menus prepared by cooking robots.

Additionally, healthcare solutions providing personalized health coaching based on eating and health data, product R&D solutions such as plant-based proteins and senior-friendly foods, as well as cases of carbon emission reduction and sustainable product development will be showcased.
In Exhibition Hall 2, visitors can explore over 2,800 types of 'food and beverage product solutions' that address the challenges of the food and beverage industry caused by labor shortages in the service sector and rapidly changing food and beverage trends.
There will also be various trend seminars and cooking classes, including job mentoring for job seekers, success stories of dining brand consulting, and insights into the future of food tech.
A Samsung Welstory official stated, "This Food Festa was prepared as a place for stakeholders in the food and beverage industry to gather, create successful business opportunities, and foster mutual growth." They added, "In line with our corporate vision as a global leader in food and beverage solutions, we will continue to evolve as a solution company leading the industry by presenting various solutions that shape the future of the food and beverage industry."
