H&B Design will conduct a paid-in capital increase worth 5 billion KRW to secure operating funds and other expenses.
The issue price per new share is 1,112 KRW, with a total of 4,496,402 shares. It is a third-party allotment, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on May 3.
H&B Design plans to use the funds raised through the paid-in capital increase to improve its financial structure for business normalization and to achieve the company's management objectives such as operating funds.
In a disclosure on the 2nd, the company stated, "If the payment is completed, the largest shareholder of the company will change from Mendels Limited Investment Association (post-change shareholding ratio 10.70%) to CryptoCare Co., Ltd. (post-change shareholding ratio 28.76%)."
