Korail Jeonnam, KTX 20th Anniversary Commemoration Event

Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) Jeonnam Headquarters held a customer appreciation event on the morning of the 1st at Suncheon Station and Yeosu Expo Station to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the KTX opening.

The event was attended by about 200 people, including residents of the eastern Jeonnam region and railway officials. It began with a saxophone performance by a local artist, followed by a commemorative ceremony, delivery of KTX support messages, KTX acrostic poem creation, customer send-off event, and distribution of souvenirs.

Kim Jin-tae, head of KORAIL Jeonnam Headquarters, said, “Going forward, KORAIL will fulfill its mission as a partner in regional development along with the KTX, and we will do our best to provide safer and more convenient transportation services to railway customers.”
