Hapcheon-gun Holds 2025 College Entrance Exam Information Session

Successful University Admissions Using Regional Talent and Regional Balance Tracks

The Gyeongnam Hapcheon County Education Development Committee announced on the 1st that it held a 2025 academic year college entrance briefing session at the auditorium of the Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, attended by about 300 parents, students, and education officials.


This entrance briefing session, hosted by Jongno Academy, invited instructor Jeong Dong-wan (EBS Career and Admission Chief Lecturer) to present methods for competitive college admissions after 2025 under the theme "Successful College Admissions in Hapcheon County Utilizing Regional Talent Selection and Regional Balance Selection."

Additionally, Director Heo Ju-tae of Nammyunghak Habits shared his know-how on entrance strategies that have yielded college admission results over many years, providing time to communicate with students and parents.


Chairman Kim Yoon-cheol said, “The expansion of major Seoul universities’ CSAT-based selection, the implementation of student record-based (blind) interviews, and the partial introduction of the high school credit system are changing admission systems that may pose new challenges but will also offer new opportunities. The Education Development Committee will actively support these changes, and I hope students will positively embrace them to maximize their potential.”


Meanwhile, the Education Development Committee is an education-dedicated organization that supports areas not covered by public education, continuously carrying out support projects such as operating after-school learning programs and improving educational and regional conditions.
