Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will operate a "Visiting Counseling Room" related to housing welfare at Gyeonggi University in Suwon on the 4th.
On this day, GH announced on the 1st that it will form a joint counseling council with institutions located in Suwon, including the LH Suwon Area Housing Support Comprehensive Center, Suwon Urban Foundation, Suwon Branch of the Credit Recovery Committee, Gyeonggi Central District Bar Association, and Gyeonggi University Career Plus Center, to provide consultations on ▲public rental housing ▲housing finance systems ▲housing cost support ▲legal counseling for jeonse damage ▲credit recovery counseling ▲career and employment.
GH has previously provided visiting counseling services at the Suwon Station Transfer Center, but reflecting the opinions of 10 institutions in the "Gyeonggi-do Housing Welfare Counseling Council," it plans to conduct sessions this year at universities and local governments in 31 cities and counties in the province, where demand for housing welfare counseling is expected to be high.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "As a public corporation serving the residents of the province, GH will do its best to provide comprehensive housing welfare services that approach residents first through on-site visiting counseling, starting with Gyeonggi University."
