Hana Securities forecasted on the 1st that sales of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) manufacturing equipment for YesTY will increase.

Choi Jae-ho, a researcher at Hana Securities, explained, "We produce three types of equipment necessary for the HBM manufacturing process, including wafer pressing, chillers, and furnaces," adding, "The order volume for these three types of equipment last year is estimated to be around 40 billion KRW."

He continued, "The wafer pressing equipment is used in the underfill process during packaging, and from October to December last year, we signed a supply contract worth approximately 27.3 billion KRW," adding, "We expect to complete delivery by June to July this year, and anticipate additional supply contracts worth more than 20 billion KRW in the second half of this year."

Furthermore, he emphasized, "The chiller and furnace equipment used in the EDS process achieved orders worth about 8 billion KRW last year," and "there is a high possibility of additional orders this year."

Researcher Choi expressed expectations that "annual sales from HBM-related equipment alone will exceed 60 billion KRW on a separate basis."
