Hyundai Engineering to Launch 'Flyke Eunpyeong' in Eunpyeong New Town in April

Since the pandemic, a preference for safe assets among investors, known as the Flight to Quality (an investment term meaning a shift towards seeking safe assets amid economic uncertainty), has become a prevailing trend.

In the real estate market, demand for prime offices near subway stations is increasing, but due to a shortage of new supply, investor attention is focused on these properties. From Yeonsinnae Station, just one stop from Gupabal Station, the planned GTX-A line will allow reaching Samseong Station in just three stops. ‘Flyke Eunpyeong’ is within walking distance of rich lifestyle and cultural infrastructure such as Lotte Mall Eunpyeong and Eunpyeong St. Mary’s Hospital. It is also close to Bukhansan Mountain, Imalsan Mountain, Gupabal Stream, Changneung Stream, and Jingwan Neighborhood Park, allowing for a healing office life.

While typical office sales spaces often have community areas that are either formal or located underground as an afterthought, ‘Flyke Eunpyeong’ features a large-scale community space spanning the entire third floor above ground, drawing attention in its own right. The office facility sales products are broadly divided into two types. ‘Flyke Eunpyeong’ is a landmark mixed-use facility spanning from four basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of approximately 75,000㎡. It consists of 637 office units (447 premium offices and 190 section offices), 119 commercial units, and 288 accommodation units.
