Advisor Hiroshi Oka has been passionately promoting the youth swimming exchange program between Ulsan and Hagi City (Japan) for 20 years. Ulsan and Hagi established the first sister city relationship between Korean and Japanese cities in 1968 and have continued various exchanges and cooperation in the private sector, including cultural, sports, and youth exchanges.
