The event was attended by more than 30 people, including dealership representatives and parts managers from nine European countries such as Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Hungary.

The conference was held under the theme of increasing sales of Torres in Europe and AS parts cooperation and growth between KG Mobility's local parts center KGEPC and dealerships. The company explained that the event served to announce major business plans, share the current status and plans for parts supply following the expansion of new vehicles, improve service quality, and discuss difficulties and suggestions from dealerships.
Parts and accessories available at the KGEPC logistics center were also introduced. The company has been holding service conferences in Asia, Europe, and Latin America since 2011. A company official stated, "In line with the expansion of overseas launches of new products such as Torres, we will share AS parts supply and plans with dealerships and expand communication and cooperation with global dealerships."
