The First On-Site Business Tour Event of the Year
ABL Life announced on the 28th that President Si Yeojeojiang visited the Gyeongin Regional Division the day before as part of this year's first sales field tour event.
The tour was conducted to commend the efforts of insurance planners and employees of the Gyeongin Regional Division who improved performance despite the challenging market environment. President Si Yeojeojiang met with executives and staff to share the current status of the regional division, this year's sales strategies, and to discuss any inconveniences experienced on the sales frontlines.
The Gyeongin Regional Division ranked first in the achievement rate of the converted monthly premium, a key performance indicator for insurance sales, during January and February. This regional division consists of a total of seven branches: Incheon, Suwon, Gyeonggi, Mokhyeon, Seongnam, Bupyeong, and Ansan.
President Si Yeojeojiang stated, “The Gyeongin Regional Division is the most productive area nationwide, with passionate employees actively working there. ABL Life will continue to closely communicate with the sales field and support sales channels to enhance their competitiveness.”
