495 Units for General Sale out of 749 Households
Special Supply on April 5, First Priority Subscription on April 8
‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seodaejeon Station Centro,’ supplied through the redevelopment of Munhwa 2 District in Jung-gu, Daejeon, will open its housing exhibition center and begin sales on the 29th.
Located at 330 Munhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, e-Pyeonhansesang Seodaejeon Station Centro consists of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 749 units sized between 39 and 84㎡. Among these, 495 units will be available for general sale. The general sale units include △59㎡A 149 units △59㎡B 49 units △73㎡A 198 units △73㎡B 99 units. Korea Land Trust is the project agent, and DL Construction is responsible for construction.
The average sale price (including balcony expansion fees) is set at 430 million to 440 million KRW for the 59㎡ type and 520 million to 530 million KRW for the 73㎡ type. According to the Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), although nationwide apartment sale prices surged by 13.5% compared to a year ago due to increased construction costs and wages as of the end of February this year, the complex will be supplied at prices comparable to apartments supplied in Daejeon in 2023.
Applications will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, starting with special supply on April 5, followed by first-priority subscription applications on April 8. Winners will be announced on April 16, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from April 27 to 29.
e-Pyeonhansesang Seodaejeon Station Centro boasts excellent transportation infrastructure. It is within walking distance to KTX Seodaejeon Station, near Seodaejeon Negeori Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1, and the recently approved Daejeon Metro Line 2 (tram) is planned. Additionally, the promotion of the Chungcheong Regional Rail (planned) is expected to further strengthen the transportation infrastructure around Seodaejeon Station.
Educational conditions are also excellent. Dongmun Elementary School, Dongsan Middle and High Schools are within walking distance, and various academies are located nearby. Numerous convenience facilities are clustered in the area, including Plus Culture Point, Costco Daejeon, and Lotte Department Store Daejeon. Large hospitals such as Chungnam National University Hospital, Catholic University Daejeon St. Mary’s Hospital, and Daejeon Sun Hospital are also conveniently accessible. The complex is situated in a forest zone adjacent to Seodaejeon Park and Bomunsan Mountain, with Yudeungcheon Stream nearby.
Meanwhile, the move-in for e-Pyeonhansesang Seodaejeon Station Centro is scheduled for December 2026, and the housing exhibition center is located near Exit 6 of Yongmun Station on Dosan-ro, Seo-gu.
