Uljugun 'Haetteumi Civil Complaint Mobile Unit' Operates Night Service Team

Service Available Until 9 PM on Thursdays Starting in April

Ulsan Ulju-gun announced on the 28th that it will operate the ‘Haetteumi Living Civil Complaint Mobile Unit’ night service team from April to expand the resolution of residents' daily inconveniences.


The mobile unit promptly handles inconvenience complaints arising in daily life, such as replacing light bulbs and outlets, and changing faucets, through proactive on-site administrative services.


With a total of 16 mobile unit members resolving an average of 33 cases per day and about 8,250 cases annually, they have firmly established themselves as problem solvers for Ulju-gun residents' daily civil complaints.

Uljugun 'Haetteumi Civil Complaint Mobile Unit' Operates Night Service Team Ulju-gun Haetteumi Living Civil Complaint Mobile Team members are providing light bulb replacement services.

Ulju-gun decided to expand the service to nighttime due to high resident satisfaction. This is for the convenience of office workers and dual-income households who find it difficult to use the service on weekdays.


The night service team has been operating since April and provides services until 9 PM every Thursday. Service applications can be made by contacting the call center or using the Ulju-gun Haetteumi Living Civil Complaint Mobile Unit app.


An official from Ulju-gun said, “With the night operation of the Ulju-gun Haetteumi Living Civil Complaint Mobile Unit, we will strive harder to resolve inconveniences in the daily lives of Ulju-gun residents,” and added, “We also plan to conduct satisfaction surveys to collect users’ opinions to provide better services.”
