Financial Support Measures for Corporate Rehabilitation Completion Companies
Busan Bank is stepping up to support the new start of ‘companies that have completed corporate rehabilitation,’ who have endured the difficult period of corporate rehabilitation.
On the 28th, BNK Busan Bank signed a business agreement with Samjong KPMG (Chairman Kim Gyo-tae) at its headquarters to support the discovery of new companies and financial assistance for corporate revitalization. On the 28th, BNK Busan Bank signed a ‘Business Agreement for Discovering New Companies and Financial Support for Corporate Rebound’ with Samjong KPMG (Chairman Kim Gyo-tae) at its headquarters.
Through this agreement, Busan Bank plans to provide customized financial support after a separate internal review to help companies that have completed corporate rehabilitation recover as normal businesses.
Samjong KPMG will play the role of discovering and recommending companies that can transition to normal businesses and providing consulting services to those companies.
At the signing ceremony, Busan Bank President Bang Seong-bin said, “As this is the first financial support agreement in the financial sector targeting companies that have completed corporate rehabilitation, I hope it leads to good results and establishes itself as a sustainable system. Going forward, Busan Bank will do its best to fulfill its role as a partner in the survival and prosperity of local companies as the representative regional bank.”
Also, Kim Yi-dong, Head of the Financial Advisory Division at Samjong KPMG, stated, “Samjong KPMG is a group of experts with extensive advisory experience in the field of corporate rehabilitation, and through this cooperation between the two companies, we will lay the foundation for rehabilitated companies to restart as normal businesses.”
